WOYWW #416

Wednesday has now been renamed... from now on I shall be calling it Wednes-YAY!!!
The once dull midweek has been perked up with the usual round-up of nosey-parkers taking part in

Apologies again... my desk is uber-boring this week with nothing to show, save for a notepad and pencil.

And apologies also for the dim photograph :(
Tuesday evening and this is how my desk will stay for a few days. I'm making a new album - the Raven one - and I've decided that I will design each page first (- hence the pad and pencil) and figure out how I want it to look. Then I'll be preparing each page, and filming as I put it together.  The camera is still hovering over my desk - and it has been used already (see previous post), and the craft caddy is full of the bits and pieces I will be using when I start to make the album
If I hadn't used my laptop to take this photograph, you'd also note that the screen of said laptop is showing me watching Amazon Prime... well into the second season of Lucifer and I have to say that I am easily distracted and ever so slightly hooked lol
I do have another really good excuse for my slow rate of crafting and empty desk... I broke another bone! Left collar bone this time - thank goodness! Because I don't think the right side would have taken well to being broken again lol. Well, you got to laugh at my little mishaps - I told my mum that if I were a horse, I'd probably have been shot by now :D

Want to join in? Hop on over to the Stamping Ground, where our host Ms Julia will explain everything. Add your name to 'Mr Linky', get your number and you're off!
This week, I'm running late, and after giving Mr Linky a tickle, I am number 36 :)

Have a wonderful and productive Wednesday everyone!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I thought I'd put here that my daughter is currently at a work convention in Manchester - but thankfully she is okay and unharmed. Thoughts and prayers to all affected by this atrocity - but we WILL prevail and just get stronger.
Hi Bubbles, I hope your collar bone heals soon- I broke my shoulderblade a few years ago, and that was such a nuisance. I'm a fellow Lucifer fan too, it's ace, isn't it? Have a lovely week, Love & Hugs, Shaz #7 XxX
Oh heck! Hope you are not in a great deal of pain. Have you been tested for brittle bones and all that sort of thing?
I admire you for planning your next book, I just muddle along I must admit. Now I am going back on your bog to see what you have been up to before today.
Healing Hugs
HI Bubbles. Ouch!! A collar bone - no fun at all to break that. Hope it heals well and speedily. Goodness - you are planning your whole journal?! What dedication. Hope the planning goes ok so you are able to start in on it.
Thanks for visiting - yes, that storage for tapes is fun - got the idea from someone else's blog - can't remember who now - but really liked it. And when I saw the two mug holders in a charity shop... well... just couldn't resist!
Take care. God bless.
I love your "Wednes-YAY" Bubbles! Nice one! I am sorry to hear you've broken your collar bone and I hope you are not in too much pain, and that it mends soon. Thank you for your lovely comment last week and I'm sorry to be so long getting back to you - I had a very busy week indeed (and no, no time to breathe lol!) and then had to crash out for 2 days to recover. I'm glad you liked the card I made - I made another one for my hubby last night, and it's now on my blog.
Happy WOYWW,
I was very impressed with your desk. I LOVE boring. I call it clean! And I love the skull, too.
Thanks for visiting me while I was away. Happy 8th Anniversary from # 1.
Pleased to hear your daughter is okay, it's been a sad week. Of all the days to choose my friends came round and we've been out most of the day so I am trying to catch-up with the visits before bed. Wish I could get my desk as tidy as yours. Many thanks for the visit to mine. Happy woyww, Angela x17x
Thank you for your visit, Bubbles, and for your very understanding and lovely comment about our poor little Phoebe. We shall definitely be getting more kitties but not while we've still got Beatrice or it would upset her. She has spent a lot of time in the garden today and we think she is looking for Phoebe - so distressing. She is very unsteady on her legs these days and we think it won't be long before we lose her as well... We are planning on getting two new kittens when the time comes, although my hubby is worried that we won't cope with all the associated naughtiness but I think it will be fun! They never replace those who have gone, but just add more joy and more love to share, and more memories to build. Losing them is always devastating and so sad but being thankful for all the joy they brought into our lives does help. I loved what you said about having another heartbeat in the house - so beautifully put!
I saw your question about the lamp on Nikki's blog and thought I would tell you I have THREE of those OTT lights. They are full spectrum and are wonderful for determining exact colors. "Is this pink in the red or orange spectrum" is something you can tell immediately when you use that light. It will NOT replace your desk lamp, but will give you an amazing amount of light up close and will help you make great color decisions, too. Hope that helps.
OMG! another break! I am still trying to get back into shape and less pain after the leg/hip/back issue over a year ago. I think I am going to have to have surgery to correct the back. I saw a chocolate cosmos plant just the other day! There is an awesome little green house near us that specializes in wildflowers. I like organization and planning out. I use Pinterest.com a lot to find ideas. Hope you have a great week. Thanks for stopping by and visiting my desk and garden earlier! Vickie #55
Not sure if I have been here already but in case not, sorry to hear about the latest break. Do you suffer from osteoporosis or something similar. Maybe worth getting checked out.
Looking forward to seeing your Raven project, I should start something like that but think I will be busy for a bit putting my craft room back when it is in a state to start LOL.
Take care - and no more breaks. Hope you soon heal.
Thanks for visiting me and Happy 8th Anniversary - Hugs, Neet xx
