WOYWW #421 ?

I have been a bad WOYWW'er :( I had every intention of seeing everyone last week - especially after being the first to tickle Mr Linky. But alas, I did something stoopid instead. Not being able to sleep, I thought my craft-room could do with a tidy-up... so tidied I did. For FIVE days! I am now unable to move and aching in places I'd forgotten I had lol
Sadly, because of my daft idea that my crafting space needed to be tidy, I wasn't able to get to my computer to visit anybody, and my work-desk this week is somewhat lacking.
Just a little wicker basket with some supplies for my next project, and some "twinkling H2O's" that I'm itching to try out... on what, I have no idea yet (the dog better scarper lol). My webcam is at the ready to record my new project for YouTube - in the totally unprofessional way that I do lol...
My tassels are hung above my desk, and lots of findings and metalware bits and pieces are close at hand in the little drawers. Hanging above the desk on the right is a little teddy and a plaque from my grand-babies... it says "Nans give the best HUGS".
Kitty-Belle, our middle cat, is LOVING the new space though.
She has full view of the window...
Can stretch out on the floor...
Has her own throne chair to sit on....
Can poke her nose into my stamping baskets...
See what's hidden behind my latest completed project...
And survey the rest of the room from her vantage point :)
So that's my work-desk/crafting space/uncluttered-ish work-room this week.
I have no idea what week we are on for
I thought it was week 421 this week and 420 last week - but Ms Julia has other ideas lol... as long as she is enjoying her time away, I guess it doesn't really matter lol
Pop on over to the Stamping Ground if you want to join in...
grab a number from Mr Linky (he likes to be tickled)...
and show off your work space :)

This week, I'm number 1 again! I'm shocked lol. Apparently, there's a definite plus-side to not being able to sleep early on a Wednesday morning :)
Have a fantastic Wednes-YAY! everyone :)

While it may be hard on the body, a good tidy and toss is good for the crafting soul! I love my Twinkling H2Os. I'm sure you'll find lots of use for them!

your week numbers are right, definitely. your clean and tidy space is a delight - but hope you get crafting soon, and I need to find your you-tube channel! Love the photos of your kitty enjoying the space too! Helen #5

Goodness - I am impressed! Your room is lovely - and so much to peek at - no wonder your little cat is so interested in everything. Now you are completely ready for 1)your next project; and 2) sneaking looks at everyone else's space.
Take care. God bless.

Hi Bubbles, love the pics of Kitty Belle. She's beautiful. Great shots of your room, it's funny how a quick tidy up manages to take days, I agree. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #10 XxX

Oh Bubbles - hangs head and shakes it ever so slightly in deep sadness - you DO know that you will never find anything again? Every time I tidy up I lose more than I find! I now just Group Similar Items - and live with the chaos... Happy WOYWWing, Dxxx @29

I'm a bit confused about the numbers as well, thinking it was #421! But like you said, it doesn't really matter! You did a splendid job tidying up your room - Kitty Belle seems to have taken full possession of it LOL!

A job well done. I like how every thing has its place - including your charming feline companion. FYI, wherever they happen to sit is their "throne" Lolz

Didn't you know that Tidying Up is a greeeeeat mistake? Lol!! I've never figured out that fundamental law of the universe that it takes absolutely ages to tidy up and uses massive resources of energy, but to make a mess takes no quantity of either. Answers on a postcard? Love your creative space. How fortunate you are to have a kitty who is well-behaved enough to be allowed in there. I could never let Beatrice set paw over the threshold - far too nosy and destructive! I shall have to think about the new kittens... Your kitty is so beautiful! Thank you for your lovely comment - yes, we miss our two old girlies so much but it was so sad to see Beatrice grieving over Phoebe, and as you say, probably much better she joined her sooner rather than later. It will be so strange having new and different kitties after so many years of those 2, but we are super-excited about our little bundles of fluffy cuteness - can't wait to see them tomorrow! The kitty tree was fun to build, and I hope they have fun playing on it - my hubby is worried they won't be able to reach even the first platform but I told him they can CLIMB!!

You are right it is 421. I think this holiday thing has gone to Julia's head and she can't think straight Lol! but we will forgive her! I have to agree with Shoshi about the tidying up thing. I do get desperate sometimes and tidy up a bit but then I can't find stuff and it seems to take so much effort too. Your kitty is very good at getting round stuff, I bet she would be good at dusting too as she can get round the places that are hard to clean Lol! Have a great crafty woyww, Angela x18x

After I tidied my craft room, I couldn't find anything! It still takes me more time to find items but I'm adapting to the more organized space. LOL Thanks for your earlier visit. Dorlene #36

What a lovely tidy craft room! Your cat is enjoying all the spaces to explore - at least she isn't knocking things off the shelves.

Wow, you've done a fab job there, what a lovely 'ready to work in' space! The cat on the shelf makes me anxious - I know they are really careful and very rarely knock things over but I would be a nervous wreck waiting for the crash!
Hope you have a great week,

Sometimes a good tidying is necessary! When I do it I can't wait to get to making something to messy my desk again! LOL! Love how your cat keeps on eye on things in your room. Our cat only comes in to sit on my lap when I'm at my computer. Thanks for the visit and hope you have a great week!

Having recently had a great craftroom sort out, I can only agree with you, it's hard on the old body! However, isn't it so worth all the pain when it's all over - a bit like having a tooth out, I imagine. And your cat is so appreciative too - that's got to be a bonus. I felt sure it was week 421 too but I'm happy to be corrected :) Have a good week. Elizabeth x #43

So I do not participate this week, I still have to visit blogs from last weeks WOYWW and this week I´m just looking around.

Happy week to you!

Love your pictures of Kitty-Belle and the tidy workroom. It looks the ideal cat-friendly space 😺. If you're opposite Hythe, where do you live? Wimereux? Boulogne? Maybe we can meet up one day. As my husband still works for Eurotunnel, it's easy to pop across. Have a great week, hugs, Lynne #46

Kitty Belle looks as if she could be full of mischief. She is adorable. I remember my cat and the places she used to get into. So cute aren't they?
Enjoy your H2O's, I used to use them a lot and loved them.
Thanks for visiting me - sorry I am so late, been in bed ill but fine now.
