WOYWW 113

I'm finally getting near to finishing my Christmas House Mini ... I'm printing out photographs and making tags, using up every piece of pink, blue and brown paper I have, and generally making a bit of a mess :)
As you can see from my desk (for "What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday?") I seem to have a little 'helper' too! CallieCat just loves to try and sit on the paper as it's coming out of the printer - daft moggy!

On a much sadder note, my mum and dads cat, Mitzy, passed on to kitty-heaven yesterday. She was 19 years old, and a tiny little cutie-pie of a cat - still looking like a kitten at 19! Her tummy-mummy was a farm cat and a rat catcher and her feline-daddy was a feral tomcat... and Mitzy was a tiny cat who stayed a little fluffball all her lovely long life, and had all the best qualities of her cat-mummy and daddy.
She was spoilt rotten and treated like a duchess... and my parents will miss her so very very much.

She had a very long (and pampered) life, and no cat could have owned better people (we all know that nobody owns a cat... it's definitely the other way around *lol*).
Irreplaceable... the gorgeous Mitzy.

Sorry to hear of your parents' loss - pets become such a part of the family. Sounds like Mitzy had a wonderful life.

Had to laugh at the pic of your little 'helper'

It's heartbreaking when we lose a beloved pet, they really do become close family, my dad calls his dog, their son and heir lol. So I do understand how lost your parents will be. But Mitzy was loved and loved in return, that's one lucky cat xx

She had a great innings, didn't she? I know that doesn't help, I just mean - wow! that's a great age for a cat.

Sorry to hear about your parents cat. But 19 years is a respectful age and seems like she made the best of them. :) Enjoy your CalliCat's misschiefs. :)

Your poor parents are going to have a big hole in their life aren't they? I know how hard it is when a cherished cat dies. The pic of your moggy chasing the printer paper made me laugh - how helpful was that?? NOT!! xx

It's always diffucult to loose a pet and I hope your parents are managing OK. If you can believe it I have a dog like your cat. Whatever I am doing she is right in the middle of it which would explain the trim paint on her ear and tail! Happy WOYWW ;D
